President’s Message:
As the summer continued rolling to its conclusion we have had some very successful events. Surgenor’s Corvette Cruise-in was very well attended. Members and other Corvette enthusiasts got to review the new Corvette ZR1X, a 2026 Z06 and a new 2027 Grand Sport. The Regional Representative for GM was on hand and gave us permission to start and rev up these sensational new cars!
Unfortunately, Jim Tubman Chevrolet is unable to host a Corvette Cruise-in this year. Jim Finlay, General Manager, sent his regrets but promised that Capital Corvette Club Members can expect a Cruise-in night in 2027. Show your support to all our Dealership Sponsors; they contribute a lot to our Club.
Please note that that the Capital Corvette Club has CLOSED its PayPal account. Although the PayPal account facilitated payments by credit card, the fees being charged were significant and virtually all of our payments are now made by Interac E-Transfer. All future payments to the Capital Corvette Club will be by e-transfer.
As we extend our driving time into the fall, there are more events scheduled. Review the Calendar of Events on the CCC Web Site, your Punch Bowl App and the WhatsApp communications for more details. There is still lots of time to enjoy your Corvette!
Social Committee – Upcoming Events:
The Social Events Calendar for 2026 is winding down but there are still great opportunities to get out and enjoy your Corvette with fellow Members. We are also open for new ideas and suggestions for both this year and next. If you have been thinking of leading a cruise or suggesting an event but have not done so yet, this is an excellent opportunity to volunteer. If you are interested, please send an email to:

Please respond Yes or No to Punchbowl invites so that organizers have an accurate number of attendees. If something changes and you are not able to attend after you have already responded “Yes”, please go back and change your response to “No”. This is especially important for events where there is a cost. If you do not cancel before the deadline, we will not be able to issue a refund.
Membership:
Registration is always open and instructions on how to register are included on our Website.
Registration for 2026 currently stands at 80 Members. We are always looking for new Members. If you know someone who might be interested please invite them to join.

Ongoing work continues to have our new registration portal ready for the 2027 season.
Make sure to check out the club website under the tab EVENTS and link your electronic calendar to the clubs and never miss an upcoming event.
WhatsApp continues to be a success among clubs members. If you want to be included, reach out to Bryce Durant at the following email address and ask him what is required to get you onto these links.
CCC Clothing & Other Branding Items:
Don’t forget our new Club pins. Pins are a great way to identify with the Capital Corvette Club. Put one in your hat or other piece of clothing and buy another one to trade with people you meet along the road! All Registered Members will get a pin as part of their Membership. Additional Pins will be on sale for $5 each.
